1. Start with clean or dry hair
You can use the oil on either damp (towel-dried) or dry hair.

2. Dispense a small amount
Use 1–3 drops depending on your hair length, thickness, and condition.

3. Warm in your hands
Rub the oil between your palms to distribute it evenly.

4. Apply through mid-lengths and ends
Work the oil through the lengths of your hair, focusing on dry or frizzy areas. Avoid applying too much at the roots.

5. Style as usual
