UK Delivery
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible within our advertised processing and dispatch times.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a next working day delivery aim following dispatch. This is a delivery aim and is not a guaranteed next-day service.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 working days following dispatch.
Delivery can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Please note that the delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched and is separate from our order processing time.
Where Rosser Hair has dispatched an order within our advertised timeframe, we cannot guarantee the exact day on which Royal Mail will deliver a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 parcel.
If your tracking appears to have stopped updating or you believe there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate this with Royal Mail.
Our parcels are dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays every week. When selecting your delivery option, please keep this in mind. The delivery times mentioned above refer to the time after the item has been sent to the shipping courier.
Our dispatch day can vary on some occasions.
Please Note: Some delivery services are not available for specific regions such as Highlands, Jersey Islands etc.
