We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us immediately at customerservice@rosserhair.com with a description and clear photos of the issue.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as this may delay the resolution of your issue.

• You must contact us prior to returning your item(s) via customerservice@rosserhair.com.

• Items must be returned unused and in resalable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

• Rosser Hair does not reimburse any postage or shipping fees, only the cost of the products.

• Refunds or replacements will be issued once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

• Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to process once we have confirmed receipt.
