If you'd like to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@rosserhair.com.

We aim to process orders promptly, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made or dispatch stopped once an order is being prepared.

For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your items. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return eligible products. Certain exceptions apply, including some unsealed hygiene-sensitive products.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage where applicable. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we'll arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you a further email containing your tracking information.

UK Delivery

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Special Delivery services, with available delivery options, estimated timescales and charges displayed at checkout.

Delivery Charges & Returns

If you cancel an entire eligible online order within the statutory cancellation period, your original standard delivery charge will be refunded. Additional charges for premium delivery services may not be refundable.

Customers are normally responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. Different arrangements apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

At present, Rosser Hair delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We don't currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
