1) Apply the shampoo, gently massage into the scalp

2) Repeat the process of shampooing

3) Rinse excess water from hair and apply the conditioner on only the mid-lengths and ends

4) Leave on for 1 minute, then rinse

5) The mask is to be applied once or twice a week. Apply after shampooing and before you condition
