**Step 1 – Cleanse** Apply DECIBEL Thickening Shampoo to wet hair and massage gently into the scalp and lengths until a rich lather forms. For best results, leave for approximately 2 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. **Step 2 – Treat** Gently towel-dry the hair to remove excess water. Apply DECIBEL Hypertrophy Thickening & Volumising Treatment evenly from roots to ends. Leave for **5 minutes**, then rinse thoroughly. **Step 3 – Condition** Apply DECIBEL Thickening Conditioner throughout the hair. Comb through to distribute evenly, then rinse thoroughly. Style as desired. **Recommended frequency:** Use the shampoo and conditioner as part of your regular washing routine. Apply the Hypertrophy Treatment approximately once a week for ongoing volumising benefits.
